I am currently unable to join servers due to a Genesis/DTR global ban.
I have not played for around 10 years and recently returned, even purchasing a new key, but I am still affected. I really dont even know why I got banned anymore.
Please review my case and remove the ban. Or maybe someone can explain me how I am still banned with the same Ban-ID and a new key xD
