You have setup your game wrong, please follow this guide to set it up correctly without using DZlauncher

If you are using DZlauncher, please make sure that you linked the folder to Arma2 NOT Arma2OA in the settings

I don't have an Extensions folder in my Arma 2 folder.
However, the Extensions folder is present in the Arma2OA folder

its an argument not a path, its seperated by ;
just modify the path until it fits the path to your Steam(its probably not on D:\Games\), modify nothing else and it will work.
