I am trying to join new player but keep getting kicked on login
have tried the instructions from "You were kicked off the game" Fix.
have done verify files etc
someone please help surely someone knows how to fix it

If you are from austrilia and you ping exceeds 300ms. You will automatically be kicked as the ping thershold on the server is 300. Unfortunately this cant be changed unless you relocate.

I had the same problem a while back, and it turned out to be a connection issue on my end. I’d suggest restarting your router first, just to rule that out. Also, check if your firewall or antivirus might be blocking the game. I’ve found that sometimes updates get stuck or aren’t properly installed, so make sure the game and launcher are fully updated.
