Main changes:
- Implemented @Goose group system
- Removed plot management
- Removed safe management
- Groups are now permanent
- Plotpoles are owned by groups and not by players
- In order to place a plotpole the player has to be in a group or own one
- Plotpoles owned by a group will be deleted when the group is disbanded
- Being member of a group will grant access to the doors of all bases owned by the group
- Being moderator of a group will grant access to the safes owned by the group, leaders and moderators can always access all safes, members can only access safes placed by themselves
- A group can only own 2 plots
- Group members can place 3d markers visible for all group members in range. The range is based on viewdistance. In order to use this feature bind a key to "playeraction 15" in the keybind settings, it has to be a normal key(mousebuttons and special keyboard keys wont work)
- "Virtual Garage" at plotpoles is only available for group members
- Leaving/Disbanding/being kicked out of a group will lead to a cooldown until the next restart
- Groupleader and moderators can maintain the base through the new plot management menu
- The plot management menu only shows "Show Dome" and "Maintain" buttons
- The plot management menu also displays the "Plot Coordinates", "Maintain Price" and "Last Maintain"
- The group system is translated to German and Russian
