How to get into your base?

If someone is camping the entrance to your base, and you're in an mi-17 rockets, and you wish to get into your own base... How do you do it without getting banned?

Can I use the pk guns? Can i hover over the entrance to my base and let them shoot me, thus blowing up with the helicopter? Just log off(and let the helicopter hit them) ?

The rules say "NOT allowed to use it on a base unless base owners have shot at you first." Since I am the base owner, can I shoot at myself then "attack" my base?
